Our Story

Santos Chamber Singers is a highly respected advanced choral ensemble comprising 24 singers based in Utah. Our ensemble presents a diverse range of music genres and has gained a reputation for excellence in music. Founded by Matthew Paez and Taylor Egan, our mission is to bring together the highest level of musicians in Utah. As a mixed ensemble, we bring in singers on a project-to-project basis, affording us greater flexibility to present music of all varieties.

Our long-term vision is to transition to a professional choral ensemble, hiring singers within Utah to provide patrons with a world-class choir experience. We are honored to have been invited to present a concert at the UT-ACDA, "Sing for Life" Conference in October 2023. In 2024, Santos Chamber Singers applied for 501(c)3 non-profit status and we are currently awaiting its approval. In the future years we hope to present concerts across the entire state of Utah and attend an international European choral festival in Summer 2025.
